Darío was granted a Fellowship by the University of Alcalá for the initiation in research activity. Thanks to this fellowship, he will start his PhD studies at the Ecology, Biodiversity and Global Change Program of this University, supervised by Ignacio Morales-Castilla and Sara Villén-Pérez.
He is interested in understanding the key mechanisms underlying biotic interactions in agroecosystems, with the objective to perform future predictions combining physiological and biogeographical approaches. By the moment he is working to disentangle the role of warming on herbivory in diverse plant-arthropod pest interactions from that of other environmental, biotic and anthropic drivers in a global change context.
Wellcome Darío!!
